NGO Enablement Services

The Complete NGO
Enablement Stack

Seven integrated service pillars — delivered centrally by JaBaSu so no individual NGO bears the overhead of any of them. Small NGOs get the same professional infrastructure as large ones. That is equity in practice.

One Promise.
Seven Pillars.

Every service JaBaSu provides is designed with a single principle: we do what NGOs cannot or should not have to do. We are not consultants who advise and leave. We are operational partners who show up, execute, and own the outcome — so NGO leaders give their full energy to the communities they serve.

"When an NGO leader no longer spends Sunday evenings on FCRA returns, they spend them visiting communities."

Our seven service pillars are delivered centrally at scale — meaning no individual NGO bears the cost or complexity of any of them. A small NGO in Malkangiri gets the same professional infrastructure as an established organisation in Bhubaneswar.

Digital Identity — Included

A Professional Website
for Every Partner NGO

Under 5% of Odisha's NGOs have a functional website. This makes them invisible to corporate CSR teams, donors, government, and talent. JaBaSu changes this for every single partner through our shared enablement platform, at zero cost to small NGOs.

🎨
Unique Design — Never a Template
Every NGO subsite has a distinct visual identity. Field photography taken by JaBaSu's team forms the visual core. No two subsites look the same.
📊
Live Impact Data Auto-Updated
Beneficiary counts and outcome metrics update from the NGO's MIS. Visitors see real, current, verified impact — not static PDFs from 3 years ago.
💳
Online Donations with 80G Automation
Secure payment gateway integration. 80G receipts auto-emailed. Donor database maintained by JaBaSu. Zero operational burden for the NGO.
🔍
Search-Optimised Visibility
Strong discovery structure, sector keywords, and responsive performance. When a corporate searches "NGO Koraput tribal welfare", your NGO appears.

The Network Effect
As more NGO subsites populate the platform, the entire ecosystem becomes a single searchable, verified directory of Odisha's social sector — accessible to corporates, government, donors, and researchers worldwide. Each new NGO strengthens every other.
Sustainability

A Sustainable Financial Model

JaBaSu's services to partner NGOs are subsidised through a diversified revenue model — ensuring that no small NGO is ever priced out of professional operational support.

🔒
Ring-Fenced CSR Funds
All CSR pass-through funds are 100% ring-fenced — never used for JaBaSu's own operations. Our facilitation fee is charged separately and transparently.
📉
Maximum 15% Overheads
JaBaSu commits to spending no more than 15% on administration. Aspiration: 12% by Year 3. All surplus reinvested in the ecosystem.
🏦
Corpus Fund Building
Target: ₹1 Cr by Year 3, ₹5 Cr by Year 5 — providing long-term resilience and enabling high-risk, high-impact initiatives.
